When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

Malaysia: 7 working days
International: varies depending on locations, and will be advised by Customer Service Team

You can check your order status from the tracking number provided by Customer Service Team. Any sales queries can always refer to sales@jomfishing.com or the integrated chat-box on the website. Our friendly Customer Service team will reply to you as soon as they can. In the event of delay in delivery due to unexpected circumstances, Customer Service Team will update you once they have more clarity in term of shipment duration.

 

I ordered multiple items, but I only receive 1, where are my other items?

If you ordered from multiple items, you will potentially receive your order in separate parcels due to the products may come from different distribution centers. However, you will only pay one time of postage charges. In the event of multiple parcels, you will receive multiple tracking numbers from Customer Service Team. Any sales queries can always refer to sales@jomfishing.com or the integrated chat-box on the website. Our friendly Customer Service team will reply to you as soon as they can.

 

What are your delivery charges, do you offer free shipping?

JOMFISHING products are shipped with a fee, and we fix the charges for East and West Malaysia.

  • Whole Malaysia - RM 10 shipping fee
  • Additional RM20 for any purchase of rod (The additional charges is used for special packaging for rod)
  • Any purchase exceed RM500, will be shipped free of charge
  • International Shipment: varies depending on locations, and will be advised by Customer Service Team

 

Who is your delivery partner?

Customer Service Team will help to select the service provider such as SKYNET, AIRPAK, POSLAJU, NATIONWIDE Express, and DHL for the courier service in order to obtain the optimum shipping timing.

 

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be email to you after your package has shipped, and you will be able to track the status via our delivery agents directly through our delivery agents on their websites with your tracking number. Any sales queries can always refer to sales@jomfishing.com or the integrated chat-box on the website. Our friendly Customer Service team will reply to you as soon as they can.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Before returning an item, check our JOMFISHING Return Policy to make sure your item is eligible for return. If your return meets all requirements, return can be initiated via the dropping an email to sales@jomfising.com or call up the customer service team for help.

The email content is as following:
Subject: Return: <Order Number> <Purchase date>

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, tax invoice, etc);
  • Return item must be unused and in same condition that you received it;
  • Return item must be in original packaging;
  • Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below);

You may want to return your item due to any of the following reasons:

NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return does not meet requirement(s), our Customer Service notify you before sending it back to you. In this instance, your return courier/postal fee will not be reimbursed.

 

Can I return an item after the return policy coverage days?

Your item cannot be returned after 7 calendar days.

 

How long is the quality evaluation process?

Replacement process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned item. This quality evaluation process may take up to 3 business days.

Kindly have your returns shipped to the following address:

10400 Georgetown Penang.

Kindly take note that the courier/postal fee to return the goods to the above address will be not be reimbursed.

 

How soon will I receive my refund?

Refund process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 3 business days. We will send you an email and SMS notification once completed.

To process your refund more quickly, JOMFISHING will proceed with Bank Transfer (you need to provide the banking information). You will expect to receive the refund in 5 business days.

 

How long does it take to replace my item?

Replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may take up to 3 business days. We will send you an email and SMS notification once completed.

Please expect to receive your replacement within the following time frame:

Malaysia: 7 business days.
International: Varies depending on locations, and will be advice by Customer Service Team.

 

How do I know if replacement has been processed?

You will receive an email notification stating that we are now processing the replacement for your order.
You will also be given a new order number.
